These terms and conditions govern your relationship with the 7u7 platform. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you agree to all the terms described below.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit at 7u7. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The funds deposited must belong to the account holder — money sent from someone else's account will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. For large withdrawals, processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency and Methods

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual, unauthorised, or fraudulent, 7u7 reserves the right to investigate it and place it on hold if necessary. Using multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — the wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

The detailed terms of weekly and special offers are published on each promotion's page. Bonuses or winnings from them cannot be withdrawn if the relevant conditions have not been met. 7u7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting bonus terms, that account's bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device is prohibited.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

7u7 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet for any reason. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be cancelled, in which case the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Result Determination

Game results are determined based on information obtained from reliable sources. If a result is disputed for any reason, 7u7's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or attempting to improperly influence results.
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools.
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

5.4 Live Betting

7u7 will not be liable if the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during live betting. Live odds change rapidly and a bet should be considered unaccepted until it is confirmed.

7u7's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback calculation: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. VIP tier changes depend on active participation and 7u7 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms.
